Also operating in
Storybook Dads relies entirely upon charitable contributions.
We don’t receive any statutory funding or funding from HM Prison Service (although we are really grateful to HMP Channings Wood for providing our HQ premises and amenities).
There are many ways to help us to raise funds and awareness, such as: donating, shopping online, fundraising events, buying our book or telling people about what we do. We truly appreciate any of the above and every donation (no matter how big or small) really does help us to continue offering our service.
Specific info on ways to donate/raise funds can be found in the how you can help menu above
How you can help
But first…Did you know?
A £10 donation will mean that a child will receive a precious CD and be comforted by hearing their mum or dad reading them a bedtime story.
£20 will fund a bedtime story DVD and help the child feel even closer to their mum or dad as they can watch them reading the story.
£50 will mean that an imprisoned parent can improve their literacy and creative skills by taking part in the Me and My Dad Project
Storybook Dads is a registered charity in England and Wales. Charity Registration No. 1101208
